Lancing College Prep attend Woodard FinalsThe pupils chosen from well over two hundred entries took part in the National final. Our finalists gave nerveless performances of the very highest level. The eventual winner came from a school in Shropshire, however our Year 8 trumpeter was runner up for the second year in a row. The other finalists from Lancing Prep contained cello, saxophone and voice. Our Head Master, Alan Laurent, commented "it is quite remarkable that from an organisation of over fifty schools, we can produce a third of the finalists. I am so proud of the pupil's achievements and was delighted by their performances."
Children should be happy and successful - in that order. This is the ethos that drives Lancing College Prep which has become one of the most sought after schools in Brighton and Hove. We take children from 3 years of age and give them a wide ranging educational experience that prepares them for senior education at 13. Children learn so much more if they feel valued, safe and secure and to ensure that happens we run our school on family lines. Lancing College Prep is a small school where all pupils have a special part to play, where parents are welcomed and where teachers provide an exciting and enjoyable learning environment.
