Queen Anne's School
Queen Anne's School is an independent boarding and day school for girls with just under 420 pupils aged 11 - 18. Renowned for academic success, we are committed to connecting with and understanding the individuals in our care. Our combination of high aspirations with a positive approach to learning creates an environment where girls can grow into motivated, decisive and self-assured individuals. The best way to find out about Queen Anne's is to visit our school and meet our girls.

About Queen Anne's School
Girls can attend Queen Anne's daily or on a full, weekly, flexi- or occasional board basis according to individual family needs. Each girl, whether day or boarding, belongs to a House and the House system is integral to our academic and pastoral care. Currently approximately half the pupils board and half attend on a daily basis. Queen Anne's campus is a beautiful and inspiring setting. It occupies 35 acres just north of the River Thames, between Henley-on-Thames and Reading and is easily accessible from London. The grounds combine traditional Victorian architecture with new and comtemporary buildings to provide cutting edge facilites. The school day begins at 8am and ends at 6.30pm, with the exception of Wednesdays when the day finishes at 4.30pm. The extended day enables the girls to take part in extra-curricular activities and academic clinics and complete prep. As a result, when the schol day finishes at 6.30pm, the evening is the girls' own to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. In the key academic years of GCSE, AS and A Level the girls will have additional private study and extended prep to complete in their own time.
